Franklin Bank will never send emails containing attachments, links to websites or marketing surveys, and we will never require customers to authenticate their accounts by sending personal information to us via email, via websites or via automated voice prompt systems.
Please call our Customer Service Center at 800-552-0784 immediately if you have responded to a fraudulent email or any other unsolicited request for personal information, and you feel that your account may be compromised. If you have provided personal information regarding an account at a different financial institution, please contact that institution directly.
Any unsolicited request for account information you receive through emails, text messages, or phone calls is to be considered fraudulent and should be deleted and then ignored.
